Hi! We are Dave and Renee. We left our jobs at Google after having twins so that we could work flexibly around our family's needs, whilst helping others realise the potential of Airbnb. As the demand grows, increasingly generating good returns for holiday home owners on the Mornington Peninsula. In most cases we are getting 20% to 40% more returns compared to rental returns.
